Filling and maintaining my cartridge

We recommend that you refill your cartridge as soon as you notice a decrease in print quality (the print comes out lighter than normal). Continue printing with a missing cartridge ink will damage it.

Do not remove the cartridge from your printer until it is time to where you will fill it in.

The number of refills depends on many factors, but if you take care of your cartridge, on average you can refill it 5 to 7 times. After that it is best to buy a branded cartridge to maintain good print quality. To keep track of the number of refills, a sticker is attached to the side of your cartridge.

Protect the cartridge and prevent it from drying out by using the plastic clip provided with your first refill. If you do not have a clip, place the cartridges in a paper envelope (not a plastic bag). Be careful not to rub the printheads during transport. Store in a cool place. Never touch, clean or place tape on the print head nozzles (copper plate).

Recharge quality

The quality of the ink has an impact on the quality of your print, which is why we do not use universal ink in our refill solution. We use a specific ink for each cartridge so that the colours match more than 99% of the branded cartridges. So when you print, you don't see any difference between the original cartridge and its refill.

Refill my cartridge

We refill HP, Canon, Epson and Brother cartridges. Click here to find out more about our supported cartridges.

In order to provide the lowest possible price, we limit our service to the best cartridges on the market. We cover more than 90% cartridges sold by HP, Canon, EPSON and Brother but your cartridge may be little or no longer used.

It takes about 10 minutes to refill your cartridge, but you can also leave your cartridge when you go shopping and pick it up on your next visit. Check with your local shop.

A cartridge with an integrated print head (i.e. those found in 2-cartridge printer models) must be used within 90 days of refilling and remain in the plastic clip until it is used. So-called "reservoir" cartridges (cartridges that do not have a print head and are found in all 4-, 5- and 6-cartridge printers) can be used within one year of refilling.
